FULL TIME ICT Support Analyst/Support Officer Required

Full time 38 hours per week-$80,000-$90,000 per year plus Super

ANDREW SJOQUIST ENTERPRISES PTY LTD Trading as ASE Tech located at St Leonards, NSW, 2065 is looking for a FULL TIME ICT Support Analyst/Support Officer. ASE Tech is an Australian technology services company with over 20 years of experience, specialising in critical infrastructure and business IT solutions. It provides services across cybersecurity, managed IT, cloud and connectivity, data & AI, and custom digital solutions. ASE Tech follows an engineer-led, vendor-independent approach, focusing on solutions designed around each customer’s specific business needs. The company also highlights its experience supporting critical infrastructure, including renewable energy assets across Australia.

We are seeking an FULL TIME ICT Support Analyst/Support Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

· Conduct functional, integration and regression testing of IT systems, applications, hardware, network services and infrastructure changes.

· Identify, diagnose and document system functionality errors, defects and faults, and retest systems following corrective actions.

· Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of hardware, software, network and system-related issues.

· Test and validate system configuration changes, updates, upgrades and new functionality to ensure systems operate as expected.

· Perform pre- and post-implementation testing for system patching, operating system upgrades, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure changes.

· Analyse system logs, alerts and technical information to identify faults and system performance issues.





· Test and validate Microsoft 365 services and configuration changes, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune.

· Assist with testing and validation of IT project implementations, including Windows upgrades, cloud deployments, telephony migrations and infrastructure improvements.

· Document testing procedures, test results, identified defects, corrective actions and system configuration details.

· Liaise with technical teams and users to investigate system issues, verify resolutions and ensure systems perform according to operational requirements.

Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

- Bachelor in IT

- Full Australian working rights

- The ability to handle multiple IT helpdesk and support enquiries both remotely andin person including but not limited to laptops, Points of Sale, PC's, printers,telephone systems, alarm systems and Network Infrastructure.

- Robust technical aptitude and a genuine passion for technology.

- A willingness to learn and go above and beyond to grow your technical skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support to address urgent outage issues.

- Have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail whilst managing multiple demands.

- Applicants with any knowledge of PowerShell, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 Suite, and Active Directory will be highly regarded.

Working Hours: 38 hours / per week

Work experience: Minimum of 2 year relevant experience
