HR Systems Coordinator (Contract)
Sydney CBD | Immediate Start | 3 Month Contract

We are partnering with a global organisation seeking a HR Systems Coordinator to support a major HR systems project. This role will suit someone with a background in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll or HR Systems who enjoys working with data, systems and process improvement.

Reporting to the HR project team, you will assist with system testing, data validation, reporting and HR administration activities, helping ensure the successful delivery of key HR system initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing activities
- Review and validate employee, payroll and HR data
- Assist with reporting and data analysis
- Support time, attendance and leave management processes
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Provide general HR systems and administrative support
- Maintain data accuracy across HR platforms




- Develop testing documents and process guides where required

About You

- Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination, HR Systems or Payroll
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll and employee lifecycle processes
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Dayforce, SAP, Chris21, Employment Hero or similar
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
- Confident using Excel and generating reports
- Experience supporting UAT or systems testing would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
