Anytime Exploration Services (AES) is a trusted provider of labour hire and support services to the Mining and Exploration Industry across Western Australia.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team and manage recruitment and mobilisation activities across the business. This role would suit someone with a strong recruitment background who is confident managing the recruitment process, working with clients and candidates, and coordinating the requirements involved in mobilising personnel to mining and exploration projects.

Ideally, you will have 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, workforce coordination or a similar role, with experience in the mining or exploration industry highly regarded.

Based in Malaga, the role offers flexible working arrangements, including WFH options, and can be structured as either full-time or part-time, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with remuneration adjusted accordingly.

THE ROLE

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to placement.
- Build and maintain strong candidate talent pools.
- Work closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Build solid relationships with clients, candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate mobilisation and compliance requirements, including D&A; testing, pre-employment medicals, site access and onboarding.




- Manage multiple vacancies and mobilisation requirements while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment, candidate and compliance records.
- Assist with improving recruitment and mobilisation processes as the business continues to grow.
- Support the wider team with recruitment and workforce requirements as needed.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in recruitment, mobilisation, workforce coordination or a similar role.
- Experience within the mining, exploration, resources or labour hire industry is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing compliance and mobilisation requirements.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience with JobAdder is advantageous.
