The HMC Group has extensive aviation, tourism, and accommodation operations in some of the most iconic regions of Australia and is seeking to appoint a Marketing Executive to join the team in Perth.
About the role:
As a Marketing Executive you will provide support across campaign and content development activities across the HMC Group.
This is a great opportunity for exposure to various businesses and regular travel across Western Australia.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate tactical and targeted consumer-related campaigns and visual assets to promote HMC’s unique selling points.
- Provide support in the design and production of marketing and display collateral across customer touchpoints.
- Create compelling visuals and liaising with an external graphic designer where appropriate.
- Ensure all local material is current by maintaining collateral, signage and displays, as well as image and video libraries.
- Oversee our digital media platforms including publishing posts, stories, and responding to messages and reviews.
- Assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies and the implementation of content initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Track and report on the growth of social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the HMC Group email marketing data bases.
About you:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing, writing and executing briefs and requirements documents to meet business objectives.
- A successful track record in implementing integrated creative marketing strategies to meet KPIs.
- Robust interpersonal skills with experience in liaising with [KF1] external agencies.
- A passion for creativity, complemented by an exceptional eye for detail.
- Graphic design and photography skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is desirable.
- Flexibility to travel to company bases as operationally required.
- Hold a current motor vehicle driver’s licence.
