As we continue to strengthen our commercial capability and support disciplined, sustainable growth, we are seeking a permanent full-time Recruitment Specialist to join our Corporate team based in Bunbury.

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes that support MGM’s current and future workforce requirements. Working closely with operational leaders, People & Culture Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will attract, engage and secure talent through proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development and an outstanding candidate experience.

About the role:

In this role, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, pre-employment checks, medicals, contracts and onboarding.

- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key blue-collar operational roles.





- Identify and engage candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, employee referrals, industry networks and community partnerships

- Deliver a positive candidate experience through regular, professional communication across the recruitment lifecycle

- Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners to confirm workforce priorities, review applicants and support informed hiring decisions

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in approved systems

- Contribute recruitment activity and pipeline information for reporting purposes

- Follow recruitment policies, procedures, employment legislation and organisational standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce attraction

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability, with confidence using recruitment systems and digital platforms

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and operational leaders

- Excellent organisation and time management skills,



with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple recruitment activities simultaneously

- High attention to detail, administrative accuracy and the ability to maintain confidentiality

- A proactive problem-solving approach that reflects our core values.

- A commitment to delivering a positive and professional candidate experience

- A Certificate IV in Human Resources, an equivalent qualification, current enrolment, or a willingness to work towards one. towards one

- A current motor vehicle driver’s licence is desirable
