The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a full time, ambitious and passionate lawyer to join our fast-growing Perth based practice, specialising in historical child sexual abuse claims. Acting on behalf of various Government agencies, you will play a meaningful role in advancing complex and sensitive matters, helping to achieve just outcomes for all parties.
You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team, with strong guidance and collaboration to enable your success and ongoing professional development.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current Western Australian practising certificate
- Minimum of two years’ post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in personal injury and insurance litigation being highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion and empathy
- Strong ethical standards and dedication to upholding justice
- The ability to build solid internal and external client relationships
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines and client service standards.
