Its People & Culture function of more than 40 people looks after the firm's workforce right across the country.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the People & Culture Team Leader, the People Services Coordinator will look after employee lifecycle administration for a national workforce. You'll be the first point of contact for the central People & Culture inbox, which runs on ServiceNow, and you'll work through a high volume of day-to-day queries. You'll process and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors, support onboarding and background checks, prepare correspondence and documentation, and audit records to keep SuccessFactors accurate. You may also get some exposure to WHS and return-to-work matters.

Please note this is a 6 month temporary role and we are ideally seeking a candidate who can start immediately.

THE CANDIDATE




The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You'll bring experience in HR administration or employee lifecycle support, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or shared services setting. Experience with SuccessFactors or ServiceNow will be highly regarded. Queries come in from every direction, so you'll use the resources around you to find answers yourself before escalating. Above all, you'll be able to hit the ground running from day one.
