Mount Lawley Golf Club is one of Perth’s leading private golf clubs, renowned for its rich history, beautiful course, and exceptional standards. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Grounds Person to join our dedicated Golf Course Agronomy Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate and professional group in a stunning outdoor setting.

About the Role

Reporting to the Golf Course Manager, the successful applicant will work approximately 15-25 hours per week, typically from 5am to 10am on selected weekdays.
This position is well suited to anyone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, values attention to detail and ideally has a keen interest in golf.

Key Responsibilities





- Mowing fairways, tees, and greens

- Bunker raking and maintenance

- General upkeep and presentation of the course and surrounding areas

What We’re Looking For

- A valid driver’s licence

- Experience with turf maintenance equipment (desirable)

- A reliable, positive work ethic

- Good communication skills

- A basic understanding or appreciation of the game of golf
