About the role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll spend the majority of your time on-site with clients, building relationships, supporting our workforce, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and developing new business. Working closely with our national recruitment team and being able to recruit, you'll ensure our clients receive exceptional service while our candidates are well supported throughout their employment.

Key responsibilities

- Managing and growing a portfolio of blue-collar labour hire clients across Perth

- Being onsite with clients regularly to build strong relationships, understand their operations and provide exceptional account management and service their people needs

- Acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness

- Growing existing accounts by identifying additional workforce opportunities and proactively seeking new business

- Working closely and in partnership with our national recruitment team to ensure client orders are filled efficiently with quality candidates

- Supporting candidates throughout their assignment, including site visits, welfare checks, performance management and issue resolution





- Conducting client meetings, tool box talks, service reviews and workforce planning discussions

- Managing employee performance, attendance, investigations and general workforce matters

- Ensuring client compliance requirements are met and maintained

- Maintaining accurate client / candidate records, meeting notes and activity within Bullhorn

About you

- Previous experience in blue-collar labour hire recruitment or account management

- Experience managing industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or transport clients

- A solid understanding of workforce management and labour hire operations

- Proven experience building and growing client relationships

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a national team

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between client sites

- Experience using Bullhorn or a similar recruitment CRM (preferred)
