Procurement Senior Officer

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

Take an active role in managing strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, tender processes, pricing strategies and procurement compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships, evaluations and commercial negotiations.

· Lead and coordinate tender processes, including RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.

· Develop pricing models, conduct cost-margin simulations and provide commercial analysis.

· Support contract negotiations, contract management and commercial bid submissions.





· Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

About You

· At least 5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain.

· A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

· Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

· Advanced Excel skills and experience with procurement or tender management systems.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Procurement Officer

Entry Level | Fresh Graduates Welcome

An opportunity to build your career in procurement while supporting sourcing, supplier coordination, tender administration and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with supplier sourcing, evaluations and vendor coordination.

· Support tender preparation, procurement documentation and contract administration.

· Prepare pricing comparisons, maintain procurement data and assist with cost analysis.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support procurement reporting.

· Maintain accurate records and support procurement compliance activities.

About You

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in procurement, administration or logistics is advantageous but not essential.

· A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferred.

· Strong organisational, communication and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

· A willingness to learn and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
