Position Overview

As a permanent, full-time ICT Support and Test Engineer for Makhdoom Holdings Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and performance of our IT systems and applications across all of our shops and business locations. You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage system testing processes, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve ICT-related issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first and second-level ICT support to internal users across all Makhdoom Holdings Pty Ltd shops and coordinate with third-party vendors as required.
- Monitor and maintain company software systems, networks, and hardware across all business locations.
- Test, troubleshoot, and report on software and application issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software and system features.
- Prepare documentation including system specifications, user guides, and support materials.
- Perform regular system testing, quality assurance checks, and updates.
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are maintained.
- Work closely with operations and admin teams to align ICT systems with business goals.




- Support and maintain business reporting tools, Excel and Power BI dashboards, database queries, and application interfaces.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an ICT Support and Test Engineer.
- Working knowledge of Windows systems, networks, databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, reporting, and interpreting graphs and business data.
- Experience with software testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and identifying application issues.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great communication skills and the ability to support multiple store locations.
