Nova Auto Innovations is an established automotive repair and maintenance business located in Charlestown, NSW. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles.
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance.
- Repair and replace defective components.
- Perform engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking and cooling system repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults.
- Carry out road tests to assess vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Current driver's licence.
Employment Conditions
- Full time permanent position.
- Competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation.
- Immediate commencement available.
