Asset Management Services

The opportunity

Due to a solid pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team and help drive the successful delivery of tenders and quotations ranging from small maintenance works through to complex,



high-value electrical infrastructure projects

This is a hands-on estimating role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of the entire estimating process.

Working within our Asset Management Services team, you'll prepare estimates and tender submissions across a diverse portfolio of maintenance, replacement and upgrade works. One week you may be pricing a small maintenance package or spare parts quotation, while the next you could be developing a major tender that takes several weeks to complete.

Unlike many estimating roles, we're looking for someone who can independently develop the estimate itself. You'll interpret technical scopes, identify missing information, engage with subject matter experts, benchmark costs, assess risks and build commercially sound submissions that position CPP for success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, increase estimating capability within the team and gain exposure to a wide variety of high-voltage and utility projects.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience developing estimates and tenders within the electrical, utilities, infrastructure or high-voltage sectors.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, terminology and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience independently preparing pricing models and tender submissions
- Ability to interpret technical scopes, challenge assumptions and obtain missing information.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with technical specialists, suppliers and subcontractors

Highly regarded:





- Asset management or operations and maintenance estimating experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with primary and secondary systems, relay panels, control buildings or similar electrical infrastructure.
