With 45+ years of industry experience, they deliver projects up to $250M across healthcare, aged care, defence, industrial, retail and commercial sectors. Their strong repeat-client base, diverse project portfolio and financially secure position provide genuine stability for their people.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across WA, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their team on a $45M mental health project based SOR.

This is an chance to take ownership of the commercial delivery of a significant project while working alongside an experienced project team and having the backing of a well-established national business.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or a QS within commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $30M+
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management,



cost control and contract administration
- Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across healthcare, aged care or government projects will be highly regarded
