We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Manager – Power Stations to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our power generation assets across a designated region. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Power Stations, you will provide hands-on leadership to site teams while driving operational performance, maintenance outcomes and a strong safety culture.

This unique role offers the best of both worlds, combining strategic leadership with regular field engagement. With approximately 50% of your time spent in the office and 50% in the field, you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, build strong relationships with FIFO teams, increase site visibility, and make a tangible impact on operational outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Lead multi-site power station operations, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.
- Supervise and develop Site Operations Supervisors and Senior Power Station Operators through coaching, training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and operational standards, including incident investigation and reporting.
- Oversee maintenance execution, plant inspections, fault response and work order management to maximise asset availability.
- Drive operational excellence through data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives and collaboration with Engineering, Remote Operations Centre and Field Services.
- Champion a strong safety culture,



high housekeeping standards and consistent application of procedures and work practices.
- Manage site resources, rostering, inventory and budgets to support operational continuity and performance.
- Support stakeholder engagement through client meetings, toolbox talks and cross-functional coordination.

Be part of the solution

- Experience in power station operations or a similar heavy industrial environment.
- Proven leadership experience supervising and coordinating site-based teams, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of WHS, risk management and environmental compliance requirements.
- Sound technical understanding of power generation operations, maintenance processes and work management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse operational data, solve problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communicator and people leader, with a track record of developing team capability, accountability and performance.
- Solid coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, escalate issues and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced operational environment.
