About the Role

As the Fieldwork Placement Supervisor, you will act as a key link between students, placement organisations, and the College, helping to ensure students have a positive and successful placement experience.

Working closely with the Course Coordinator and Placement Team, you will provide guidance, support, and monitoring throughout the placement process while fostering robust relationships with industry and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, placement providers, and community stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between students, host organisations, and the College during placements.




- Conduct placement liaison meetings to monitor student progress, provide support, and address concerns.
- Support students with placement requirements, learning goals, and assessment expectations.
- Assess and grade placement-related student work.
- Identify and escalate placement issues to ensure timely support and intervention.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
