About The Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Grader & Dozer Operators to join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.

As skilled Operators, you will play a vital role in mine expansion civil works. This position calls for a highly skilled operator with proven experience in civil construction within mining environments, and a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate graders & dozers to level and prepare surfaces
- Perform road maintenance, haul road grading, and cutting to specific design requirements
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machines
- Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes

We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:





- Demonstrated experience operating graders and dozers within a mining environment with GPS.
- RII Statement of Attainments for relevant machine (essential) including current Standard 11.
- Current & valid Driver’s Licence.
- Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
