About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Employment Consultants and local remote staff.
You will combine leadership, coaching, and operational performance, ensuring JSCIs, Job Plans, and case notes hit high quality standards while driving your team to meet and exceed contractual NIAA milestones.

Key Skills
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, coach, and support Employment Consultants and remote staff to build a high-performing, supportive culture.
Caseload & Contract Excellence: Oversee case management quality, ensuring caseload commencement targets exceed 96% and pending participants are engaged within two weeks.
Quality Case Management: Ensure Job Seeker Classification Instruments (JSCIs), Job Plans, and case notes are accurate, timely, and person-centered.
Barrier Resolution & Outcomes: Partner with site staff, local participants, and employers to solve participation roadblocks and secure sustainable job placements.




Cultural & Safety Leadership: Embed deep respect for local Yolŋu cultural practices and family structures into daily decisions while leading workplace safety.

What You Will Bring
Employment Services Background: Proven experience as an Employment Consultant, Case Manager, or Team Leader within RAES, CDP, or ECSN frameworks.
Leadership & Coaching Drive: Natural capability to mentor staff, manage rosters, drive continuous improvement, and uplift team performance.
Cultural Capability: Deep respect for First Nations culture and demonstrated experience working in remote Indigenous community settings.
Systems & Data Skills: High competence in Microsoft Office, ECSN/ESS databases, and using performance data to drive site improvements.
Licence & Travel Readiness: Current Driver's Licence readiness to travel via light aircraft or unsealed roads.
