Job description:

Working within a fast-paced environment, this role partners with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercial insights, supplier administration, inventory reporting, operational improvements and strategic project support. The role provides critical execution capability across multiple categories, helping ensure successful delivery of key business initiatives while improving operational efficiency and enabling the category team to focus on strategic and commercial priorities. This position is ideally suited to an individual with experience in retail, category operations, buying support, merchandise planning, commercial analysis or project coordination who thrives in an agile, hands-on environment.



We're looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible on a fixed-term basis through to the end of 2026. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys a rapid-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. Your Responsibilities

- Analyse category, sales and inventory data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain category reporting across Lens, Contact Lens and Audiology.
- Support supplier administration, onboarding and ongoing supplier activities.
- Coordinate product setup, pricing and range maintenance.
- Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Category team across OPSM, L&P; and EyeQ.

About You

- Experience in retail, category operations, buying, merchandise planning, analysis or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with confidence working with data and reporting.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
