We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-established general practice in Healesville on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-based environment with a robust focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient-centred general practice.
About the Role
You will work closely with our GPs and admin team to support high-quality patient care, including:
- Chronic disease management (Care Plans, Health Assessments)
- Immunisations and wound care
- Health assessments (75+, Aboriginal, GPCCMP support)
- Preventative health and recalls
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Stock management and infection control
- Supporting practice systems and quality improvement
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN
- Previous experience in general practice nursing preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Interest in preventative health and long-term patient care
