We are recruiting a Business Analyst to support the Treasury function of a global financial services group. The team manages activities including funding, liquidity, interest rate risk management, capital, provisioning and regulatory reporting.

Working across business and technical teams, you will assess the impact of proposed changes, translate requirements into practical outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. You will support transformation initiatives across multiple projects and help teams prepare for and implement change.

Key responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders across product, credit, finance, technology, data, risk and financial management functions
• Assess the business and operational impact of proposed changes
• Gather, analyse and translate requirements into clear, practical deliverables
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Map processes and understand data flows to support change initiatives




• Support solutions that improve ways of working
• Help teams prepare for change across multiple projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data driven decision making

Required experience and skills
• At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Solid analytical and problem solving capability
• Experience with process mapping and understanding data flows
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels
• Understanding of agile ways of working
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Experience supporting regulatory change will be viewed favourably
