We are expanding our Community Services scope and are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver the Diploma of Community Services (CHC52025) at our Brisbane campus.

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant training and assessment to diverse student cohorts while ensuring all learning and assessment activities align with the Standards for RTOs, Training Package requirements and industry expectations.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver training and assessment for units within CHC52025

- Facilitate face-to-face and blended learning sessions

- Conduct workplace assessments and student observations where required

- Support students academically and professionally

- Participate in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities





- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation

- Engage with industry partners to maintain vocational currency

- Contribute to course development and resource review

Essential requirements

- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)

- CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services qualification and relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Youth Work, Case Management or related field.

- Current industry experience in the Community Services sector

- Sound knowledge of the CHC Training Package and compliance obligations

- Experience working with international students desirable

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- Working With Children Check

- National Police Check

Desirable

- Experience delivering CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services qualification

- Assessor experience in workplace environments

- Understanding of CRICOS delivery requirements

- Ability to teach culturally diverse cohorts
