About the role

Custom Lithium Group is looking for a hands-on, creative Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to drive marketing across Custom Lithium and our broader group of companies. You'll be comfortable getting into the workshop, talking with our team, photographing and filming battery builds, installations and customer vehicles, attending events, and turning what's happening in the business into engaging digital content. The role is part-time, three days per week, with responsibility for both organic and paid digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, YouTube and other relevant channels

- Create engaging short-form video, reels, product demonstrations, customer stories, workshop content and educational material

- Regularly capture authentic content from manufacturing, installation, sales and technical teams

- Develop and maintain a practical monthly content calendar while remaining responsive to opportunities as they happen

- Build engagement with the 4WD, camping, caravanning and outdoor communities

- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta,



Google Ads and TikTok

- Develop campaigns for products, installations, promotions, events and new market opportunities

- Monitor advertising spend and continually improve targeting, creative and conversion performance

- Track key measures including leads, conversions, cost per lead, ROAS and website traffic

- Manage Google Business Profiles across the group and support Google Search and Shopping campaigns

About you

- Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation

- Solid Facebook and Instagram capability

- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager

- Google Ads and Google Business Profile experience

- An understanding of TikTok and short-form video

- Basic photography and video production/editing skills

- Canva or similar graphic design capability

- Strong written communication skills

- An understanding of digital marketing analytics

- The ability to work independently and generate ideas rather than waiting to be given every task
