About the role

This role is responsible for leading and managing our warehouse team in the efficient running of the warehouse and delivery operations based in Berrinba. Experience in a warehouse environment is highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Manages inventory control procedures to ensure maximum efficiency while meeting distribution requirements.

- Reviews and establishes asset movement to ensure efficiencies required by the organisation are met being cognisant of "on-time" delivery targets.

- Ensuring the security of stock and assets.

- Manages warehousing procedures to ensure maximum storage and distribution efficiency.

- Manages and maintains the stock levels for "regular" distribution.

- Works side by side with our Customer Service team in undertaking the tasks and duties required to maintain assets tracking and on time distribution.

- Maintains a safe and secure warehouse environment in line with our WH&S; Policies.

- Responsible for overall performance of Warehouse Team.

- Maintain a clean and protected warehouse.

About you

- Prior experience within a warehouse environment.

- Knowledge of SAP (desired).

- Production and completion of accurate paperwork with high attention to detail.

- Leading all Warehouse activities on site, including safety.

- Ensure prompt and accurate picking, receiving and dispatching of products.

- Coordinating and executing International Shipping commitments.

- Follow good housekeeping and sustainable work practices,



with a natural focus on safety and quality.

- Forklift licence (desirable).

- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems.

- A National Police Check will be required if you're the successful candidate.

We are offering a permanent full-time position with long-term career prospects in a growing business.

Our roster is Monday to Friday with a minimum 38-hour week.
