Envar’s service portfolio includes prominent sites and Tier 1 buildings in and around Perth's CBD and entertainment precincts. We’re looking for a Service Supervisor to lead the planned maintenance and reactive work that keeps some of Perth’s landmark commercial buildings running.

What your week will look like
You’ll coordinate scheduled maintenance alongside the reactive jobs that change the day’s priorities. You’ll keep technicians explicit on the plan, help resolve complex issues and make sure clients know what is happening.
You will:
- Schedule and allocate maintenance and reactive work across commercial sites.
- Provide technical guidance on central plant and other large HVAC systems.
- Attend sites to help resolve faults, review work and address safety concerns.
- Speak with clients about issues, progress, recommended repairs and upcoming work.
- Review technicians’ findings and help develop scopes and estimates for remedial work.
- Coach technicians and help improve the consistency of service delivery.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have a strong background in commercial HVAC service and maintenance, with substantial central plant experience. You can diagnose difficult faults, organise competing priorities and communicate confidently with technicians and clients.
Supervisory experience is preferred. You’ll also need full, unrestricted Australian working rights and the ability to meet applicable client site requirements.
