We are partnering with a highly reputable, industry-leading client to source a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager. This is a fantastic prospect to take ownership of a defined sales territory while reporting directly to the State Sales Manager.

In this critical role, you will be the face of the business, tasked with providing commercial and industrial management solutions tailored to best meet customer needs. You will balance hunting for new business with nurturing long-term accounts, ensuring market share and revenue targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop profitable new business opportunities and identify prospects to achieve business plan and budgetary objectives.
- Maintain and grow the existing client base through direct contact, rapport building, and exceptional customer service.
- Drive customer loyalty and secure service agreement renewals through strategic sales call planning.
- Actively investigate opportunities to expand services within the current client base through cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop procedures to swiftly respond to leads and opportunities supplied by the business.




- Liaise closely with the Operations team to resolve service issues, manage requirement deadlines, and achieve optimal customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all administrative duties efficiently and on time.
- Report regularly on sales and competitor activity, KPIs, site access, and safety issues.
- Champion a strong safety culture by actively identifying hazards across company and customer sites.

Working with the inclusive and experienced Sales Manager, you will be provided with the support needed without being micromanaged. This is a well known Global brand in an industry in constant demand.
