About the role

We are seeking an Economic Consultant to support our expanding portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex economic concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Undertake literature reviews, data analysis and economic research.

- Conduct (under guidance from senior team members) economic analysis and modelling, including cost-benefit analysis, impact assessments, and policy evaluations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, always seeking to add value and improve project outcomes.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarise findings and recommendations.

- Engage with clients to understand their objectives, present findings, and build strong working relationships.

- Stay current on economic trends and policies that may impact projects and clients.

- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting in proposal writing.

About you

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in economics with an interest in furthering your academic pursuits in economics is highly desirable. Ideal candidate would have a Master's or Honour's degree in Economics or Econometrics.

- 0-1 year of relevant experience in economic consulting, research, or a similar role, preferably involving private and government sectors.





- Quantitative skills with experience in statistical and data visualisation tools are desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- A commitment to producing high-quality work, taking pride in accuracy and making your work as complete as possible.

- An interest in growing your knowledge in economics, consulting and new analytical methods.
