Key Accountabilities:

- Manage and supervise nursing staff and clinical practice

- Undertake clinical duties to support the effective and effective delivery of health care

- Allocate and manage resources to ensure care is delivered effectively and efficiently

- Contribute to continuous improvement of nursing care delivery

- Leadership and management of nursing/midwifery workforce to support delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services





- Formulate goals and implement nursing services plans within allocated budgets.

- Provide leadership and role model the upholding of policies and professional standards practices with staff to deliver care which is safe and evidenced based best practice.
