NT Link is welcoming applications for the position of HSEQ Support Administrator based in our Darwin office.

The Role:

This role is part of the HSEQ function and will work across the entire business to support the effective coordination and ongoing implementation of health, safety, environment and quality activities across NT Link.

The successful candidate will:

- Provide administration and coordination support for NT Link’s HSEQ management systems, helping the business achieve its Zero Harm objectives and meet relevant accreditation, legislative, company, client and project requirements.

- Participate in site and factory inspections, audits and production facility walk-throughs as directed in order to build knowledge and experience under the guidance of the HSEQ & Compliance Officer.

- Coordinate business inductions for new employees, trades, subcontractors and suppliers.

- Ensure relevant subcontractor tickets, licences and supporting documentation are maintained and uploaded into the relevant platforms.

- Assist with the reporting and investigation of incidents, hazards, defects and non-conformances, including reviewing causes

- Maintain HSEQ registers, databases, records and supporting documentation to meet relevant compliance requirements.

- Assist with maintaining policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legislative changes.

- Monitor employee training requirements and coordinate required training programs.

- Administer fitness-for-work testing requirements.

- Provide general HSEQ information to employees, including company updates, legislative updates, Codes of Practice and safety information under the guidance of the HSEQ & Compliance Officer.

- Prepare information for regular and ad hoc HSEQ reporting requirements as directed

Ideal Candidate for this role:

- Experienced administrator wanting to transition into a HSEQ role, who is currently, or wanting to, gain their Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety





- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working across multiple systems/platforms with strong inclination towards data, detail and process

- A current C Class driver licence.

- A current Construction Induction White Card.

- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency, with the ability to provide evidence of permanent working rights.

Experience within the transportable building or commercial construction industry, along with at least 12 months’ experience in a health and safety-focused position, would be advantageous, though not essential. Candidates must also be willing to visit regional or remote sites, including overnight stays when required by the business.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Darwin. Standard hours are typically 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break. Hours may change to 6:30 am to 3:30 pm on days when attendance at pre-start meetings or morning toolbox talks is required. Part time hours of 25+ hours per week will be considered for the right candidate.
