? About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, caring Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join us part-time. Our centre is open Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 6:15 pm, and this role calls for availability across five days, including opening, closing and lunch-cover shifts.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your room team in delivering an engaging, child-focused learning program.

- Plan, document and reflect on children’s learning and development.

- Support and mentor educators and assistants in the room.

- Build strong family relationships through orientations, handovers and updates.

- Keep the learning environment engaging, organised and well maintained.

? You'll Need

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively working towards your Diploma.

- Relevant experience in an early childhood setting, including supporting or leading a room team.

- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement).

- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card).

- Completed Child Protection training
