About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Production Scheduler to join our team at Geebung. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining production schedules to ensure customer expectations and business capacity are aligned. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to optimise scheduling outcomes, manage glass ordering requirements, and drive robust DIFOT performance.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage daily production scheduling and capacity planning

- Coordinate and maintain glass ordering requirements with suppliers

- Monitor and drive DIFOT performance across the site





- Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and production timelines

- Maintain scheduling and ERP systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

- Manage priority and urgent order requests while balancing customer and business needs

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal and external stakeholders

- Identify scheduling challenges and implement practical solutions

- Support continuous improvement initiatives across scheduling and production processes

- Prepare reports and analyse performance data to support operational decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in Production Scheduling, Operational Planning or similar

- Demonstrated capability in complex inventory, assembly and manufacturing environments

- Strong experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (or similar software)

- Understanding of production processes, capacity planning and scheduling principles

- Knowledge of DIFOT and operational performance measures

- Strong problem-solving skills, tenacity and the ability to think outside the box

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to build productive relationships with suppliers, customers and internal teams

- High attention to detail, resilience and strong organisational skills
