We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Administrator to join our Project Team, to support our growing new store development. You will play a key role in managing and keeping our projects on track with your coordination and administrative skills.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, you will provide hands on coordination and administrative support to develop current sushi store sites and to facilitate state shows/events for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Projects

- Support Project Coordinator with new company registrations, bank account opening, insurance, lodgement and fee payments across multiple projects.

- Assist with project tendering, budget and expense reconciliations.

- Liaise with landlords, shopfitters, councils, governmental bodies, etc.

Events/Shows

- Manage registrations, insurance, event host requirements, etc.

- Liaise with store staff, contractors, suppliers, event/show host, councils, etc.

- Coordinate set-up of shows/events with store staff, contractors, technicians, event host,



etc.

Legal administration

- Assist with filing and record keeping of legal documents.

- Track renewals of lease contracts, franchise agreements and other legal documents.

- Assist with application, renewal and return of bank guarantees.

About You

- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Well-organised, with strong time management skills.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Confident communicator with good written and verbal English.

- Speaking Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.

- Must hold valid Australian work rights for this position.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 12 months full-time work experience in project administration or coordination.

- Experience in retail fit-out project administration will be an advantage.

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
