We are seeking an experienced Field Estimator to join our team, based in Brisbane and servicing the greater Brisbane region. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients, trade network and internal project teams, ensuring accurate and timely assessments that support quality repair and construction outcomes.
About the role
In this role you will:
· Attend site inspections across the Greater Brisbane region to scope insurance repair and construction works
· Assess damage, prepare detailed scopes of work and cost estimates
· Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and trades to clarify requirements and expectations
· Review plans, specifications and site conditions to ensure accurate costing and methodology
About you
To be successful, you will have:
· Previous experience in a residential or commercial building estimating (insurance repair experience preferred)
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and trade rates
· Excellent attention to detail,
analytical and problem-solving skills
· Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
· Solid computer skills and experience with estimating or job management software (PRIME Ecosystem preferred)
· A current driver’s license and Construction White Card
