About the role:

You'll work closely with prospective homebuyers, build strong customer relationships, and guide customers through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to contract.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, customer-focused,



and thrives on achieving sales results. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building trust with customers, and delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way. Our display homes are busiest on weekends, so availability to work weekends is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications and experience

- NSW REA Assistant Agent Certificate (highly regarded).
- Formal sales training or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Current driver's licence valid in NSW.
- You will bring a robust understanding of residential home design principles and current NSW and ACT building compliance requirements.
