About the role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role working across a broad range of industries and technology environments. You will lead projects, solve complex technical issues, support other engineers and help deliver modern Microsoft cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Work with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint

- Manage Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management

- Implement Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security solutions

- Lead Microsoft 365 and cloud migration projects

- Lead SharePoint engagements and migrations , best practice for future efficiency and workflow gains

- Work with Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory

- Execute Essential Eight or other security uplift projects

- Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity

- Handle complex Level 3 escalations

- Perform project scoping, implementation and customer handover

- Support and mentor other technical staff

About you

- 7+ years of commercial IT experience

- Strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience

- Confident working directly with customers

- Ability to take ownership of projects and troubleshoot complex technical environments





- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300 or AZ-104 highly regarded

- Proven practical experience

- Available for immediate start

What we are looking for

Ideally, you will have 7+ years of commercial IT experience, with strong MSP, project engineering or senior support experience.

You should be confident working directly with customers, taking ownership of projects and troubleshooting complex technical environments.

Relevant Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded, although proven practical experience is just as key.
