KOHL is an Australian owned and operated company that designs, manufactures and installs balustrading, glazing and architectural metalwork for Tier 1 commercial and high-end residential projects. From our base in Osborne Park, our team delivered work on some of WA's most recognisable buildings. These include ECU City, the Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment and Chevron's headquarters at One The Esplanade, Elizabeth Quay.

We're a small, close-knit team where every person's contribution is visible. We're looking for a self-motivated Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of our warehouse.

About the role

Our warehouse is the link between our fabrication workshop, our office and our installation crews on site. You'll make sure the right stock, consumables, tools and equipment are in the right place at the right time. You'll also make sure every item is tracked and costed to the correct project. You'll report to our Metalworks Manager and General Manager and you'll oversee the day-to-day work of one team member.

What you'll be doing

Warehouse and Logistics

- Receive incoming deliveries and dispatch outgoing orders, checking quantities and condition.

- Prepare stock and consumables for each project in dedicated job areas, making sure they are complete, accurate and kept in intact until they go to site.

- Operate a forklift and drive our MR vehicle for deliveries and collections as needed.

- Coordinate the daily tasks of one team member.

Stock and procurement

- Procure stock and consumables, placing orders through our software and liaising with suppliers on pricing and delivery.





- Keep stock records up to date in SimPRO, recording usage against the correct project so we know when to reorder and can allocate costs accurately.

- Carry out regular stocktakes and resolve any discrepancies.

- Keep consumables well organised and topped up, so the workshop and site teams are never left waiting.

- Manage our tool and equipment register in Hilti ON!Track, tracking what has been issued to staff and site and following up on returns.

- Make sure all tools and equipment are serviced, tested, and fit for use and arrange repairs or replacements when needed.

Housekeeping and safety

- Keep the warehouse, office and carpark areas clean, secure and presentable.

- Set up and maintain storage layouts that make the warehouse efficient to work in.

- Follow and promote safe work practices across the warehouse.

About you

- You have experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics role. Experience in construction, fabrication, glazing or another trade environment is ideal.

- You have a working knowledge of tools, fixings and construction materials or a genuine willingness to learn.

- You hold or are willing to obtain a forklift licence and a manual MR vehicle licence. Training is available for the right candidate.

- You're comfortable using inventory and ordering software. Experience with SimPRO and Hilti ON!Track is highly regarded and we'll teach you our other systems (Wrike and our in-house Power Apps tools.

- You're organised, reliable and self-motivated, with a strong eye fort detail.

- You communicate clearly with workshop, office and site staff.

- You have full Australian working rights.
