About the role

As an Auto Electrician with Ready Resources, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs of auto electrical and air conditioning systems across HME, trucks and ancillary equipment. You'll work alongside experienced Fitters, Boilermakers and Servicepersons to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Service and maintain HME auto electrical systems

- Diagnose and repair electrical faults

- Conduct inspections, testing and preventative maintenance

- Diagnose and repair automotive air conditioning systems

- Perform breakdown repairs and fault-finding

- Use electrical testing equipment and diagnostic software

- Complete accurate maintenance records and documentation





- Maintain a safe and tidy work workplace

- Follow site safety procedures and company standards

About you

- Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate

- Minimum 2 years' Auto Electrical industry experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience with trucks and ancillary HME

- Current HR Driver's Licence

- ARTIC Automotive Air Conditioning Licence

- Strong electrical diagnostics and fault-finding skills

- Experience working on Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME)

- Mining industry or OEM HME experience

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
