About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Partnerships & Engagement Manager (Queensland) to lead RACV's Queensland Community Partnerships and Engagement Program and create lasting community impact. This is a Fixed Term 12 month contract, commencing on 30 November 2026.

Based in our Ann Street, Brisbane CBD office, you'll be the Queensland representative of RACV's Community Programs team, partnering closely with colleagues in RACV's Melbourne head office. In this role, you'll drive strategic partnerships, employee volunteering, workplace giving and engagement initiatives that strengthen RACV's connection with communities in South East Queensland.

Working in our Corporate Affairs team, you'll build and nurture key stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities to amplify RACV's community impact, and deliver programs that strengthen our reputation as a trusted organisation committed to making a positive difference in Queensland. Reporting to the Head of Community Programs (based in Melbourne head office),



your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the delivery and growth of RACV's Queensland community partnerships program

- Develop and manage partnership agreements, project plans, reporting frameworks and program evaluations

- Drive employee engagement through workplace giving, volunteering opportunities and community-focused campaigns in Noosa, Gold Coast and Brisbane

- Build robust relationships with community organisations, internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise impact and participation

- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers

- Manage partnership budgets, financial processes and compliance requirements

- Support the Head of Community Programs with operational planning, projects, governance and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll need to be successful

- Minimum five years' experience managing partnerships, community programs or stakeholder engagement initiatives within a corporate, community or not-for-profit environment

- Tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related discipline

- Demonstrated experience developing and managing partnership agreements and contractual arrangements

- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

- Strong project management, reporting and program evaluation experience





- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences

- Experience managing budgets, financial processes and multiple concurrent projects

- Competent skills in MS applications including word, excel and powerpoint

- Valid driver's licence and own reliable, safe transport to travel to Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast resort properties one day per week

- Ability to travel occasionally interstate to Melbourne VIC head office, eg 3-4 times per year
