Factory Hand – Full Time (Monday to Friday)

LEP Colour Printers is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our production team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy printing and finishing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with general factory duties

- Supporting printing and binding operations

- Packing and preparing jobs for dispatch

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Assisting team members where required

About You:

- Reliable with a robust work ethic

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Good attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Ability to lift items up to 30kg

- Previous factory or print industry experience is an advantage but not essential
