About the Role

The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and continually improving the Foundation's equipment service, ensuring people living with MND receive the equipment they need at the right time and in the right way.

Working closely with clients, families, allied health professionals, support coordinators and suppliers, you will oversee the delivery, collection,



maintenance and management of equipment that helps people remain safe, comfortable and independent.

This position offers a unique blend of client interaction, relationship management, coordination and hands-on problem solving. No two days are the same, and the role provides both autonomy and variety within a supportive team environment.

You are a compassionate and practical person who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You are highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You enjoy building relationships and are comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing challenging circumstances.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in health, disability, aged care, community services or a related people-focused sector, with a genuine commitment to improving client outcomes.

- Strong administration and technology skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities.

- Confidence undertaking practical tasks and equipment handling, with a willingness to assist clients and families when support is needed most.

- Current Driver’s license
