Boilermaker welder required for jobbing shop fabricating and repairing components ranging from trucks, to trailers, to cranes, to forklifts, and many more.
Key responsibilities
- MIG welding (Gas Metal Arc Welding - GMAW and Flux Cored Arc Welding - FCAW)
- Stick welding
- Carbon arc gouging
- Plasma cutting
- Oxy cutting
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certificate in Engineering - Heavy Fabrication // or Proven Welding Experience.
- Excellent welding skills and must be able to qualify AS/NZ 3992.
- Exceptional work ethic with a solid commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
- Be a team player but have the ability to work with minimal supervisory direction.
- Be able to demonstrate a transparent understanding of technical drawings / technical instruction documents and work off isometrics.
