We are currently seeking a Production Labourer with an prospect to learn roles in precast production, tack welding and patching for a role based in Swanbank, starting at 4:00am. This position involves working within a concrete manufacturing environment, welding reinforcing bars once trained (reo bar) as well as assisting with the production of precast concrete barriers and structures.

What You Could Be Doing:

- General labouring in a yard setting assisting with precast moulds, manual labour and operating a forklift (if ticketed and required).
- Clean and prepare metals, including grinding edges when required.
- Opportunity to be trained in spot welding on reo bars, applying small spot welds to temporarily fuse joints and maintain structural alignment.
- Opportunity to be trained in reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings to position, align,



and secure metal components.
- Work within a concrete precast manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience within a concrete manufacturing workplace highly regarded
- A strong level of physical strength, lifting up to 25kgs
- Mechanical Certificate II or higher highly regarded, but not essential
- Welding experience in any capacity (including school workshop experience)
- Positive attitude and prior manual labour experience essential
- Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug screening
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
