AMS is a long established responsive Carpentry and Plumbing Maintenance Services company based in Ormeau servicing the Southeast Queensland region.

About the role

We are seeking a fulltime ‘Junior Maintenance Coordinator’ to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and growing client base.

Duties include:

- Scheduling work and attendances for our trades.

- High volume data entry including preparation of quotes and invoices.

- Phone duties.

- Customer service.

- Liaising with clients, Trades, estimators, suppliers, and external contractors regularly.

Requirements for the role

- SimPRO software experience is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.

- Bubbly, friendly, approachable personality.

- Pleasant and patient phone manner.

- Reliable and team oriented.





- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport a must.
