Your new role:

As Principal Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex digital health projects—from investment concept and business case development through planning, governance, implementation and completion. You will manage scope, budget, resources, risks and benefits while engaging clinical, executive, operational and technical stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions that meet health service needs and support safe, effective patient care.

About you:

You are a highly experienced digital health project leader who thrives on delivering complex initiatives, engaging diverse stakeholders and turning strategic priorities into sustainable outcomes.

- Proven experience delivering multiple complex digital health projects end-to-end, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong expertise in business cases, investment planning, budgets, governance and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources and drive outcomes across competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, including clinical and executive environments.
- Experience with PRINCE2, Agile Scrum or other best-practice project methodologies, with a commitment to continuous improvement.

The team spans digital strategy and security, analytics, project delivery, innovation and research, clinical consultation,



ICT operations and telehealth, supporting services across Metro South Health hospitals and community facilities including PAH, Logan, QEII, Redland and Beaudesert Hospitals.
