Haircare Group is looking for an exceptional Head of Revenue to lead our commercial growth across Australia and Recent Zealand.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, Haircare Group, you will own the overarching revenue strategy across our professional haircare, retail/trade, wholesale, marketplaces and other strategic channels.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we grow — developing channel and customer strategies, strengthening key accounts, optimising customer profitability, improving sales performance and identifying new markets and opportunities.

Working closely with our Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Education, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance and Operations teams, you will translate business and brand strategies into clear commercial plans and deliver measurable results.

What you'll be responsible for

- Develop and execute the Australia & New Zealand revenue strategy
- Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth across multiple channels
- Build differentiated customer and channel strategies
- Strengthen strategic relationships with major customers, retailers, distributors and partners
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and revenue function
- Drive improvements in sales effectiveness, accountability and commercial capability
- Optimise customer pricing, discounting, promotions and margin
- Own revenue forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance reporting
- Identify new markets, customers, partnerships and growth opportunities
- Use data and market intelligence to improve customer, product and channel performance
- Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Product and Education to maximise brand and portfolio growth




- Balance top-line growth with profitable revenue and long-term customer value

About you

We're looking for a senior commercial leader who has demonstrated success delivering growth in a consumer products, FMCG, beauty, haircare, retail, wholesale or distribution environment.

You'll bring:

- Significant senior commercial and sales leadership experience
- A proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of customer price, volume, mix, margin and profitability
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel revenue strategies
- Strong key account and customer relationship capability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong financial literacy and P&L; understanding
- A data-driven approach to forecasting, performance and commercial decision-making
- The ability to turn market and customer insights into practical action
- Experience working across Australia and New Zealand would be highly regarded
