Join Anytime Fitness Gungahlin as a Membership Consultant!

We are seeking an experienced fitness salesperson to join our well-established team as a Club Manager for our Anytime Fitness Gungahlin club!

We pride ourselves in running some of the best Anytime Fitness clubs in the country. We invest in our people through ongoing training and are looking for some one who wants to grow with the business in the future. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to drive sales performance, develop your team, and create an exceptional member experience. As a Club Manager, you will be at the heart of our business, responsible for managing all aspects of club operations whilst building a high-performing sales culture that delivers results and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate the club team to achieve and exceed sales targets, membership goals and revenue objectives

2. Manage day-to-day club operations including staffing, and facilities maintenance & cleaning

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new member acquisition and retention

4. Conduct recent member & prospecting tours, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times to both members & prospects

5. Train, coach and mentor staff to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge and professional development

6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting to senior management on club performance

7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies and the Unit Co Group standards

Build and maintain strong relationships with members and the local community to strengthen brand loyalty

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the fitness industry or similar customer-focused environment

2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

3. Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

5. Sound knowledge of health and safety practices and willingness to maintain compliance standards

6. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work proactively in a fast-paced environment

7. Customer service excellence and passion for the fitness and wellness industry

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:

- Certificate III or IV (Desirable but not essential)

- First Aid/CPR certificate

- Working with Children

- Police Check Certificate

Full-Time Position (38 hours/week)

- Flexible hours and Saturday shifts are required for this role
