About the role

As the first face and voice of All Saint Clinic Balmain, you will set the tone for every client experience. You will welcome clients with warmth and discretion, manage appointments and enquiries by phone, email and in person, and make each visit feel seamless from arrival to departure. You will also be a knowledgeable guide to our skincare products and treatments, and a key part of building lasting client relationships that keep people coming back.

Key responsibilities

- Advise clients on products and treatments, and support retail sales, product presentation and stock
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Work closely with practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Keep reception and client areas beautifully presented
- Contribute to client retention through attentive, consistent follow-up

About you

- Previous reception, concierge or client-facing experience
- Premium, health, beauty, cosmetic, wellness or luxury service experience preferred




- A real interest in skincare, cosmetic treatments and aesthetics
- Confidence discussing products, services and treatment options
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, polished manner
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- Robust organisation and the ability to multitask
- A proactive approach and commitment to exceptional service
