An opportunity is now available for a Casual Customer Support Officer to join our team based at our Eastern Creek Office. This role plays a key part in supporting our delivery operations, ensuring customers receive clear communication, timely updates and an exceptional experience from start to finish. We are looking for someone who can work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, in a busy and fast-paced setting. This is a temporary casual opportunity expected to run through until January 2027.

Responsibilities will include:

As a Customer Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll work closely with our delivery teams to provide updates, coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls





- Contacting customers to confirm delivery appointments and provide updates

- Liaising with our delivery teams to coordinate schedules and resolve enquiries

- Providing exceptional customer service while meeting response time expectations

Your qualities will include:

- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or administration role

- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- A positive, team-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help others

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

- Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly regarded but not essential
