HR Advisor – Full Time Permanent

- Salary: $102,203 - $119,574 per annum

- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can hit the ground running to support all aspects of people services across a busy portfolio of diverse business units.

This role will join a team of HR professionals who work closely with managers and supervisors, supporting them to navigate through all areas of the employee lifecycle, general advisory, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations. In addition, there is opportunity to contribute to strategic HR projects and organisational initiatives.

This position requires strong communication and interpretation skills to navigate and provide advice on multiple Industrial Agreements, and the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with a focus on achieving positive outcomes and best practice.

- At least 3 years previous experience working at HR Advisor level.

- Experience managing Employee Relations matters, including formal investigations.

- Experience with interpretation and advising on Industrial Agreements, current legislation, contractual matters, policy and protocol.

- Experience coaching and influencing managers and supervisors.

- Local Government experience would be advantageous.
