We’re looking for a Property Inspector to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you'll be on the road visiting residential and commercial investment properties, collecting key site data that feeds into our trusted depreciation reports. You'll take photos, record building specs, note down fixtures, and work with a mobile-based system to capture it all efficiently.

Just as importantly, you'll be representing BMT on site. Whether your meeting tenants, property managers, building supervisors, or clients, your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to build rapport make a big impact.

And while you're out in the field, you're never on your own. Our dedicated scheduling team takes care of appointment bookings, travel coordination and day planning. That means you can focus on the work, not the logistics.

One day you might be walking through a contemporary apartment complex in the CBD; the next, a classic refurbished weatherboard in the suburbs. No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes it rewarding.

About you

You’re detail-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - but you also know how to represent a brand with professionalism and confidence. Whether you're measuring a site, entering data, or chatting with a property manager, you bring clarity, care, and efficiency to everything you do.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence

- Strong time management and clear communication skills

- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy





- Confidence using mobile technology for reporting and data entry

- A professional and approachable manner - this is a client-facing role

- The ability to stay organised and work autonomously

- Flexibility to travel across Perth, with occasional overnight stays
